Tank Armor

"This iPhone 16 Pro phone case is built like a tank! This is my second one because I broke the belt clip getting into the driver’s seat of my wife’s vehicle. My only complaint is that I couldn’t buy additional belt clips separately."

Awesome case!

"Very sturdy but also not bulky so it fits in the pocket well. It being able to magnetically attach to mag products is awesome and such a strong connection magnetically ."

Flaw in design

"If you can successfully pry the case apart when first opening it, then you’re good. The thin strip of hard plastic that goes around the new camera toggle button on the iPhone 16s is brittle hard plastic. So anytime you take the case apart (including straight out of the package) there is a high likelihood of breaking this piece."

Product and Instructions Do Not Match

"The instructions say there are three parts: 1) The Front, 2) The Back 3) The Clip. The product I received only has two parts. Other than that, I like it. The only thing I dont like is the cover for the charging, but I know why it is there."

Quality & Purpose Declining?

"When I opened the package and took a look at what was sent, I immediately re-checked myself to make sure I had ordered the correct item. When comparing this case to the Pelican case I have for my iPhone 12 Pro this current case looks and feels like it is a lower grade item even though it has the same military grade protection rating. When comparing the 2 cases it was apparent that the older case protected the side buttons and power port with hinged covers that snap shut (which would give added protection that is a signature item for Pelican products) versus the side buttons protected with a rubber like compound and the power port is protected by a flap made of the same compound (which concerns me that it could tear or break off due to the folding of the flap up and down to access the power port) on the newer case. Also, the newer case is thinner on the sides verses the older case. I will have to give credit that the camera slide button on the side is easily accessible and is protected. I have been using iPhones for 14 years and my case of choice was always Otter Box until I saw the Pelican Case when I bought my iPhone 12 Pro. At the time I was concerned that the quality of Otter Box phone cases were declining but had no quality concerns with Pelican since I have several large cases that I travel with and believe me those cases have never let me down. If Pelican phone cases continue the path they are on I may have to reconsider looking at other options when I upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro. Please revisit some of your designs from the past and remember Pelican has always been known for extraordinary protection. Thank You"
