"I love this pelican case, its perfect for my new AR15. Very durable and easy to move around. I feel my gun is very protected. Its very easy to latch and unlatch. Would definitely recommend this product. I will be being more pelican cases down the road"
"The operation of the latches is the key differentiator - theyre great. Big enough to hold a break-down shotgun, maybe two of them if you pack without foam. Feels like even the baggage handlers couldnt break it. Has 4 points for locks. Very secure, but means you must use 4 locks to keep some TSA people happy, which is kind of over-kill. Has wheels so dragging it fully-loaded through the airport is no big deal"

"It’s a great case. The only thing that bothered me was that the extra hinges package I ordered with it was much more involved of a process than I expected. Drilling my own holes is one thing. Most people have access to a drill. But installing the blind rivets required a special tool that I was very lucky to be able to borrow. The instructions did not help with understanding how blind rivets work or the tools needed to install. Overall a great product. Got them installed and they work great. Just felt a little abandoned to figuring out the install alone. Easily could make done it wrong."
"I own couple of Pelican cases and this is my first storm case. The quality is top notch, the wheels are better than the protector series, more latches, the case has a bit more volume (bigger), different materials which make it lighter and helps with corrosion resistance, better"" and softer handles etc, BUT there were some features the Protector has that I wasnt ready to part with. The Protector has a hinged lid that doesnt open 180 degrees which I like, the material is more sturdy, the case is heavier but thinner in dimensions, the Pelican branding (sticker) is more prevalent, metal inserts for locks, very sturdy latches etc. You cant go wrong with either but I prefer the Protector series for my use."
