"Nice add-on but not necessary. Reading the product description for the 1535 Air Travel Case, I thought this was necessary as it was not included. However, this product is simply an upgraded handle (its heavier than the original). A less fancy handle is included and this one is not worth the extra cost, in my opinion. If I had it to do over, Id save my money and I wouldnt buy it again."

"I recently installed the EZ Pull handle (Order #: PEL001366572 | Order date: May 6, 2025) on my AIR 1607 (great case that has protected my equipment during scores of trips). Although the handle adds convenience, I may re-install my old handle. The problem I see it that the EZ does not retract into the case cutout, and in fact protrudes 1. 5” above the body of the case, so will be, I’m sure, the grab point of choice when baggage handlers swing on/off baggage carts and I’m not confident that it is up to the task. The regular folding handles on the 1607 are rugged and can take it, but really don’t think I can trust the EZ handle to take the stress. I am not seeking a refund, but as a very happy owner of 8 Pelican cases, want to express my concern. Thanks"
"The handle is easy to get out and retract; however, if you set it half-way and have your Pelican full the handle slips out to the maximum distance."
