Waiting for the correct jug
"I ordered the Pelican jug because I previously owned a 32 oz insulated bottle, which I still possess. I intended to upgrade to a new 68 oz model. However, upon receipt of the order, I discovered that the item was a 233 oz size. Although I ordered the 68 oz jug, I received an incorrect product. I returned it via USPS on July 24th. As of today, July 28th, I am awaiting confirmation of receipt of the returned item. I am eager to receive the correct size, as I trust Pelican's high-quality standards. I am confident that this new product will match or exceed the quality of the one I have owned for years. Thank you very much."
