The product is mediocre; the advertising is better than the reality.

"While presented as a 250th anniversary celebration of the nation's founding, it's actually likely a clearance sale of old inventory. The product's color is deliberately different from the usual "gray," essentially just a sticker. After-sales service is getting increasingly worse. The product lining is missing, and I've been trying to contact them for a week without any response."
