Totally disappointment

"The design of this bag was very disappointing. After using it for a week, here are the main issues I found: - The drawstring system is inefficient and cumbersome, making the backpack difficult to open. - The price feels too high given the limited number of pockets. - The shoulder straps are not flexible enough to wear in different ways. - Although it’s marketed for daily use, opening and accessing items is inconvenient. - There aren’t enough inner pockets, so belongings move around a lot. - The return policy feels sneaky: time-consuming and not user-friendly. - The material started to show signs of wear surprisingly quickly. Overall, I would not recommend this backpack for daily use. Hopefully, others may find it works better for their needs, but it was not a good fit for me."

Sleek and spacious

"Picked up this mini duffle for my carry on, on a 12 day trip to Spain. It performed flawlessly with well situated pockets and plenty of space for a long weekends worth of clothes, gear, and essentials (that you never want to check). Along with the ease of use it was easy to pack as a cross body sling thru airports and aircraft. My only suggestion would be to make the backpack straps removable to increase internal space."
