Love it so far, haven’t
"Love it so far, haven’t travelled with it yet but looking forward to testing it out. Love the white color. Bought the size down first but decided it was too small returned it and got the larger one instead. Great customer service."

ATX Checked Luggage
"Very sturdy and premium feeling. Don’t have to worry about it getting crushed. Definitely a must if you plan to adventure and not just leisure travel. It is noticeably heavier than other luggage so keep that into account."

"I was excited to receive my ATX25, but was disappointed to find a significant crack on the exterior shell. While the product quality control failed here, the Pelican customer service team was responsive. They provided a return label quickly, I expected better durability for anindestructible case—or at least better inspection—before a premium case is shipped out."

"Awesome looking case and wife love it!"

Extremely Disappointed
"I truly wanted to love this suitcase. The color was beautiful, and the initial quality seemed high. However, during the return flight of my very first trip with my new ATX25, both of the TSA latches refused to close. The suitcase was only half-full, and the other 3 latches closed without issue. I literally had to tape the latches shut to return home. Its possible that I just got a defective case, and hopefully it can be returned or repaired, but its completely unacceptable for a suitcase at any price point to not survive a single round trip."

Wheel broke first time using it
"One of the wheels broke the first time I ever flew. Now my nice new case looks dumb. Trash"

Durable but expensive
"The spinners, telescoping handle, and metal latches operated smoothly while feeling sturdy. Full sized, soft-close handles on 3 sides makes the case easy to grab and move no matter which way you approach it. Found myself questioning why there were 5 latches, which would become a nuisance for frequent travelers. The interior liner/organizer is a bit odd and somewhat difficult to remove. I guess thats a good thing if you never want it to come out. I was disappointed to find that the ring-retainer on each side was unique so they could not be flipped from one side to the other. Kinda smaller than I expected for the weight of it. Almost identical size to my 1560, so youre paying a lot for ""luggage"" niceties. I ended up returning the case without ever traveling with it."

25"" ATX Check-in
"Solidly built. A little heavy, but protection comes at a price. Will scuff, but for me that is not a concern. Very smooth rolling, nearly everything is repairable, just order the parts if you need to fix anything which I assume will be very rare. Eagerly awaiting the 30"" ATX check-in to become available!"

Didn’t meet expectations
"Returned luggage, the luggage was very underwhelming. For the price I expected the luggage to have more room. It’s a beautiful luggage, but for me, it didn’t meet expectations."
