"My company bought one of these 7 years ago to ship our product to tradeshows. In all that time, I only had to replace the pop-up handle once. Not bad since the case with our product weighed 95 lbs. The case is really sturdy and I like the foam option. I ended up having to replace the case with a new one because it got damaged in route to a tradeshow. It looks like a forklift ran into it."

"I was hoping for an accessory lid to contain my laptop and all of my cameras along with chargers, cords, iPad, and others. When I lift my camera out from the pick and pluck foam, the foam gets stuck to my heavy camera,- causing me to almost lose my grip on my expensive 6K camera. I would prefer a method of foam to when I lift my camera out, that would be the only thing being lifted, and not have to drag the foam with it. Online customer support didnt answer my questions, and referred me to customer service where the questions I asked would not pertain to the physical store. When they responded to my email, I had to remind them to be respectful and address customers by their surname; Mr. M, as an example. Not a first name basis. That is plain disrespectful and I had almost returned the product had the online support apologized after repeating myself more than 2 times. I have other Pelican cases and thought I would be treated with more respect, however that was not the case."

"it is exactly what we needed to protect a traveling demonstration unit. it is a really big one so a bit of a lug to get it around, but it protects our product as needed."
