works well, but it should be available with or without the foam that already comes with the case
"This is the second time Ive used one of these kits in a Pelican case. They do work very well and I like them much more than plucking foam because they allow much more efficient utilization of the space in the case. The dividers are rigid so, unlike plucking foam, they wont fold over when you set gear in its place. My only real gripe is the kits come with the foam that already comes with the case. This ads greatly to the cost of the kit. While Im happy to pay for quality USA products like Pelican Protector cases, it just seems wasteful to have the extra foam and not use it. I wish there was a way to buy these kits with or without the foam. And if there is, it should be easier to find on the website Pelican website as its already difficult to find accessories. I had to do an internet search outside of the Pelican website to find the model number for this TrekPak kit so that I could then search specifically for that model number within the Pelican website just to find it and purchase it along with the 1520 case. Again, Im very happy with the TrekPak kit and the 1520 case (and all the Pelican Protector cases I own) I just wish the website were easier to navigate!"
