"A great bag to use for a trip."
"This is such an awkwardly designed bag. It doesn’t know that it’s trying to be a duffel, more like a very confused backpack. Not recommending this to anyone"
"Extremely well made. I was able to travel without a backpack by using the laptop compartment. Great product."
"Backpack is simple yet full of options. Lightweight & perfect for a long weekend"
"Great bag I really love it. Really well built. Photos on ig @stralala"
"Amazing as always from Pelican"
"Its a beautiful suitcase, but its not really a duffel. Its also not 40L as described. I have a Kammok duffel which is 30L and its larger than Pelicans MPD40, which is incredibly disappointing as its the reason I bought it. That said, the bag is of great quality. While this is a minor detail there is an amazing side zipper that allows the clasp to be stored and secures the zipper from opening. Its a stunning detail of functional design and smart. If the bag were size correctly and larger itd be perfect as a suitcase, but its not a duffel."
"So far, Quality bag, looks/feels solid and as advertised. Looking forward to putting it to the test!"
"Very satisfied with this duffel, the perfect size for carry-on travel. Holds all the essentials for a week trip (or more). Well designed and very rugged. Perfectly placed carry handles and comfortable backpack straps. The only thing that would be an improvement is to have a way to stow the backpack straps as sometimes they can get snagged in checked baggage. Other than that I love this bag and cant wait to have it travel with me."
"Im overall pleased with the quality of the bag, but its rather hard to actually use. In order to open the duffel I have to unbuckle not only the compression straps, but also the backpack/handle straps! This makes in really a pain to get stuff in and out quickly or frequently. The bag kinda straddles the line between a true duffel and a backpack, honestly it should be redesigned to be one or the other, with a focus on being easier to get into. The ""neat-ness"" factor of semi stiff fabric and defined shape is totally lost when all its straps are undone and askew every time I need to access the inside."
