"fast shipping, veterans discount is pretty amazing and very reliable case. my second one!"
"Was expecting a little bit bigger . For the price should have been bigger… other than that i like the quality"
"Phenomenal"
"Doesn’t fit as much as i thought it would."
"HDPE could be a bit thicker. Latches seem a bit Mickey Mouse. Love the case, hope it last considering the price."
"Undecided after one trip - the TSA and American Airlines baggage handlers did a pretty good number of this case with just the first 2-segment flight. Now the lid is not closing like it did new. I do like the five closing locks but now that the lid is jacked up after 2 flights its hard to get them aligned to close. Compared to my original Pelican case I doubt this will last very long and I will be making a warranty claim due to something being broken. Its ""Air"" light but also very think plastic and not nearly as durable as the original Pelican. No way would I trust high value or delicate equipment in this thing."
"Pros and cons to choosing this over regular luggage, it’s less space than my biggest suit case, there’s not much flexibility in the case to allow you to cram more stuff in like I can with my regular suit case, then zip up the expansion zipper. All in all, it was a bit smaller than I was anticipating, it is a nice looking case for now until it gets scuffed up inevitably. I wouldn’t call the case a value, with my military discount I was still over $500 for a single piece of luggage. I think it would be a smart option for pelican to sell them in combos, the carry on sized case inside the checked bag sized case and give the consumer a discount for that since there’s obviously money saved in shipping. Had that been an option, I would have likely gone that route. But that said, I’ve never had issues with my smaller suit cases getting broke, it’s the bigger checked bags that take the abuse, I’ll probably never have a need to buy the carry on sized option"
"I purchased a 1615 Air Travel Case right before a camping trip. I had clothes and camera gear in my case. My tent that was provided for me leaked two night in a row leaving a pool in my tent. Everything is my case stayed dry the entire trip! I highly recommend this case!"
