"Case itself is solid. The top foam bits are too thick so not usable. The main weakness is the pull along handle it is very flimsy. I cannot see it surviving for long. This was below my expectations. The case itself met my expectations."

The wheels came bent up

"I’ve actually been meaning to get back to you all wit this. I had to replace the wheels of my new case with the wheels of my older smaller case because the one of the wheels wouldn’t role. Looked closer and something seems to be bent out of shape causing the wheel to get stuck on itself. . not sure how to go about this, but the case basically arrived unusable. I’m so glad I had another case and figured to just switch the wheels because I bought the case for a huge gig in traveling to 11 different cities for."

The last suitcase you need for airline travel

"Always impressed with the quality that Pelican provides in their products. Size is perfect for airline travel and these cases can take the abuse. Highly recommend these cases to anyone. Cost may seem high but after you go through 2-3 suitcases a year then change to a Pelican that is still going strong after 3 years the value is 100%."

Good Deal

"I ordered two black 1560s as I think it will show less wear and tear. My cases will be in the 120lb. range. I am very happy with the quality of the overall product. It would be nice if they made the cases attachable for multi bag use. Also, a rechargable and attachable light would be nice as an add-on."
